  • • 450 g of butter;
  • • 120 g of chocolate;
  • • Half a glass of cocoa powder;
  • • 8 egg whites;
  • • 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • • ½ glass of sunflower oil;
  • • ¾ glass of water for the dough and ¼ glass for cream;
  • • 4 tablespoons of condensed milk;
  • • 100 g cream.

Step 1

The first step is to prepare the dough for the cakes. Pour cocoa powder and coffee into warm water, mix.

Step 2

Pour granulated sugar into the yolks and pour in sunflower oil, mix very well. As a result, the granulated sugar should dissolve. The resulting mixture must be transferred to the dissolved cocoa and thoroughly mixed again.

Step 3

Wheat flour should be mixed with a pinch of salt and baking powder. Then the flour is sieved. Further, it must be added in not very large portions to the previously obtained mixture, systematically stirring. Make sure there are no lumps.

Step 4

Pour the egg whites into a deep bowl and add a little salt, then beat with a mixer. As a result, a strong foam should form. Then the whipped egg whites must be carefully mixed with the prepared dough. It is best to do this with a spatula, so the mass will remain more airy.

Step 5

Prepare the form. To do this, grease it with oil and sprinkle with a little flour. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 45-50 minutes, the cake will be ready. Repeat with 2 pieces of dough.

Step 6

Place the hot cakes on a wire rack and wait until they cool down. Then cut each cake lengthwise. As a result, you will have 4 cakes.

Step 7

Pour water, condensed milk and yolks into a saucepan. You need to cook the mass on minimal heat with continuous stirring until it becomes homogeneous. Then it should be removed from the stove. Pour chopped chocolate into it. Stir until it melts.

Step 8

Place the butter in a deep cup and whisk. Pour the prepared mass with chocolate into it in portions, while beating the butter continuously.

Step 9

Shape the cake. Lay the cakes one on top of the other, smear each with cream. They also need to coat the top and sides of the dessert. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the cake if desired. Place on the refrigerator shelf for a few hours.
