It is necessary

  • Minced or minced pork - 400 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp spoons
  • Crackers - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Protein - 1 pc.
  • Ground black pepper, 3 cloves
  • Frying fat or vegetable oil - to taste
  • Frozen or canned shrimps - 200 g
  • Sauce:
  • sunflower or olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Medium onion - 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons spoons
  • Starch - 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Add an egg, soy sauce to the minced pork, and, of course, seasonings - nutmeg, pepper and chopped cloves. Now we mix everything well and continue to create.

Step 2

First of all, beat the protein, add crackers there. We will make balls from minced meat and roll them in this breading. After that, fry the balls in a large amount of oil for about 15 minutes, take them out and leave them for a while on a napkin so that the oil glass.

Step 3

While the balls are dripping, pay attention to the sauce. Season the finely chopped onion with oil, add the broth and soy sauce. For density, you can pour in starch, previously diluted in a small amount of water.

Step 4

Now let's get down to shrimp. You can, of course, use canned ones, but I prefer to spend 3-4 minutes, and that is how much they are boiled, and with a clear conscience add boiled ones. Boil the shrimps in boiling, slightly salted water.

Step 5

When everything is ready - the balls are drained, the shrimps are boiled, and the sauce is in a bowl, put it all in a frying pan and heat well, but not boil. Best served with rice and of course a light salad.
