Cheesecake is a cold, unbaked dessert. It is prepared with the addition of broken biscuits and butter. But there are many recipes that have moved away from the old customs. And cheesecake was often made from cottage cheese and various additives.

Next, take a baking sheet and grease it with oil or lay it out with special baking paper. Put the dough in a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Next, we prepare the filling for the cheesecake. To do this, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, a pinch of salt and half a glass of sugar. Mix until smooth. Then add eggs, but only gradually one at a time. Whisk after each addition. Then add the coconut flakes. It is added to taste.

Pour the filling onto the finished biscuit. We bake for another 50 minutes. The mass that is on top should vibrate like jelly. After 50 minutes of frying, we take out the cheesecake and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

We need chocolate to make the icing. We take milk and broken chocolate and simmer it over the fire. Then pour over the cheesecake, let the chocolate harden and serve the dessert.
