Step 1
Break three eggs into a bowl, add 150 grams of sugar (you can use either regular or brown sugar), beat until fluffy (3-5 minutes).

Sift 170 grams of flour. If desired, sift several times to make the cake more fluffy.

While whisking (at low speed), add flour to the egg mass (add in small portions). Then add a teaspoon of salt to the dough, beat until smooth.
Step 4
For filling. Rinse the apples, core them and cut into medium-sized cubes. Any kind of apple can be used for the cake (depending on your preference). The main thing in cooking is that the apples are ripe.
Step 5
Brush a baking dish (diameter 22 cm) with a little butter. Place the prepared apples in the mold. Spread the dough over the apple layer.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the mold with the workpiece in the oven for 30-40 minutes. During this time, the top of the cake should be slightly ruddy.
