Instructions
Step 1
Cooking apples. We take several large apples, peel and cut into thin slices. If desired, you can first peel the apples from the peel - the pie will be softer.
Step 2
Put the apples in a mold. If we are using an iron mold, we will oil it. The silicone mold does not need to be lubricated. We spread the apple slices on the bottom of the form tightly, in several rows, filling the entire form. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon on top - the cake will be tastier and more aromatic.
Step 3
Cooking the dough. It is prepared very simply: take 1 glass of sugar (the amount of sugar can vary from 1/2 to a full glass - depending on the apple variety and your taste preferences), add 3 eggs and beat until the sugar dissolves and the formation of a "foam". Next, add 1 cup flour and mix. You can add vanillin. The dough is ready! In consistency, it resembles sour cream.
Step 4
Pour the dough into a mold. We do it slowly and carefully. There are usually more apples than dough - it will rise slightly during baking.
Step 5
We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The pie is especially delicious when hot!
