It is necessary

    • 500 g low-fat cottage cheese;
    • 2 kiwi;
    • 2 bananas;
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 250 g sugar;
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of corn flour;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 2 tbsp. spoons of pitted raisins;
    • 1 teaspoon of coffee liqueur;
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pitted raisins and pat dry. Pour coffee liqueur over the raisins and let it sit for three to five hours.

Step 2

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add milk, a tablespoon of corn flour, granulated sugar, eggs and mix everything thoroughly. Add raisins soaked in liqueur to the curd mass and mix it again.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 170C. While it is heating up, prepare a baking dish. Heat it slightly and brush with butter. Sprinkle flour on the bottom and sides of the mold.

Step 4

Put the curd mass in the cooked dish and place the pie in the preheated oven. Bake it for twenty minutes. Take out the curd cake and refrigerate at room temperature.
