It is necessary
- For the test:
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - flour - 150 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - walnuts - 50-60 g;
- - ground ginger - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - slaked soda vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon;
- - cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon.
- For the cream:
- - cottage cheese - 100 g;
- - curd cheese - 150 g;
- - icing sugar - 2-3 tablespoons;
- - kiwi - 4 pcs.
- For impregnation:
- - juice from half an orange.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the walnuts and chop finely. Pass the flour through a sieve. Combine these ingredients in one bowl. Place the ground ginger and cinnamon there. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Soften the butter, then add granulated sugar to it. Pound this mixture until white, that is, until the sugar dissolves and add chicken eggs into it. Add them gradually, not all at once.
Step 3
Add flour to the egg mixture. Add soda slaked with vinegar to the resulting mass. If you don't want to use baking soda, replace it with baking powder. Stir. Knead a soft dough. Then place in the cold for about half an hour, previously covered with cling film.
Step 4
Put the dough in a greased baking dish, spreading it over the entire surface and forming the sides for the future cake. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send this mass into it until it turns yellow. Thus, the cake turned out.
Step 5
Saturate the cooled crust with orange juice. It will soak best if you pierce it in several places with a toothpick.
Step 6
While the crust is soaking, prepare the pie cream. To do this, combine curd cheese and powdered sugar. Beat this mass thoroughly, then add cottage cheese to it. Whisk again.
Step 7
Place the finished cream on the soaked crust, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Cut the kiwi into slices and lay on top. Send the dish to bake for about 15-20 minutes. Kiwi and cottage cheese pie is ready!
