Solyanka is one of the most hearty dishes made from many ingredients. Prunes will help to diversify the taste of the familiar hodgepodge.
It is necessary
- - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 1 head of onion
- - 2 medium pickled cucumbers
- - 1 tomato
- - 170 g ham
- - 170 g of boiled meat
- - 100 g chicken fillet
- - 1 liter of beef broth
- - olives (or olives)
- - prunes
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients for the hodgepodge - chop the onion, tomatoes, finely chop the cucumbers. Heat the broth and add the pieces.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and add to the contents of the broth saucepan. Cook everything for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the boiled meat and ham into small cubes. Add ingredients to the rest of the food. Slice olives, olives and prunes separately into rings. These ingredients should be added last to the hodgepodge mixture. Bring everything to a boil, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Before serving, you can add a little sour cream, herbs or an egg, cut in half, to the prune hodgepodge.
