Instructions

Step 1

Pour milk into a small container, add flour and mix well. Put the saucepan on low heat and, stirring constantly, bring until thickened.

Remove from the stove, add oil, salt, stir. While the mixture is cooling, fry the minced meat, add the onion, chopped tomatoes (or tomato paste), spices to taste and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Peel the zucchini and potatoes, cut them lengthwise into thin slices no more than 5 mm thick. Fry the slices quickly on both sides and place on a paper towel.

Add eggs and chopped nuts to the cooled flour and milk mixture.

You will need a deep container to prepare the main dish. Line the bottom of the pan with half of the courgette. Salt, put a layer of potatoes on top.

Next, the minced meat is laid out, put the remaining zucchini on top. Now pour the flour, nuts and milk sauce over the dish. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of the dish.
