Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg of pork (preferably pulp);
- 3 potato tubers;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 cup full of lentils (red)
- 1 medium onion;
- 200 g of vegetable oil;

Preparation:
- The first step is to thoroughly wash the pork and, having cut it into not very large pieces, put it in a saucepan. Then you need to pour 3 liters of water there (you can take a little less) and add a little salt. Place the saucepan on a hot stove. After its contents boil, it will be necessary to reduce the heat.
- The lentils should be thoroughly rinsed, and then put into a deep cup and pour over with cold clean water. Potato tubers need to be peeled, rinsed well and cut into small cubes.
- After 60 minutes after boiling the meat, it is necessary to pour lentil grits into the broth, but first, it is necessary to drain the water from it. And then send the chopped potatoes there. Everything is mixed well and covered with a lid.
- While the soup is cooking, you will need to cook the frying. To do this, peel the onion, wash it and cut it into small cubes. Carrots also need to be peeled and washed. After that, it must be chopped with a sharp knife, cutting into small pieces or into thin strips. The seed is removed from the bell pepper, and after the vegetable is washed, it should be cut into small pieces.
- A frying pan is placed on a hot stove. Sunflower oil is poured into it. After it heats up, you need to pour chopped onions into the pan. When it acquires a golden color, carrots should be added to it, and then bell pepper. With regular stirring, the vegetables are brought to full readiness.
- Frying is added to the soup after the potatoes are completely cooked. After that, the soup is still cooked for about 15 minutes. When the allotted time is up, you will need to put spices and finely chopped herbs in a saucepan. Then the pan is removed from the stove and covered tightly. Lentil soup is almost ready, only it needs to be allowed to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
