  • - 50 g chicken breast
  • - 30 g of soft cheese
  • - 1 chicken egg
  • - 6 pcs. walnuts
  • - 6 pcs. prunes
  • - 50 g green cucumber
  • - 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • - mustard
  • - dill, parsley (or your other favorite greens)
  • - salt and spices to taste
  • - 5 g pine nuts

Step 1

First you need to bake a pancake - the future "Cornucopia". Therefore, beat the egg with salt and spices, add finely grated cheese. We bake a pancake in a hot frying pan, frying it on both sides until a delicate ruddy shade. Let cool slightly, cut in half and roll up in the form of a bag.

Step 2

Let's prepare the filling. Finely chop the boiled chicken breast, cucumber and prunes into strips. Walnuts can be chopped with a knife or a special crushing machine large enough. We mix all the ingredients, season with mustard, add a little salt and fill our horn.

Step 3

Carefully lay the filled cone on a serving plate so that the filling spills out of it a little (remember, this is “Cornucopia”!) Top the cone can be decorated with finely chopped herbs and a net of mayonnaise or sour cream.
