An excellent hearty and simple dish for breakfast or afternoon tea. Suitable for fasting people.

- - potatoes - 3 pcs.
- - potato starch - 1 tablespoon
- - green onion (or garlic) - 1 pc.
- - salt, pepper - to taste
- - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Step 1
Grate peeled and washed potatoes on a coarse grater or on a special grater for Korean salads.
Step 2
Rinse the potatoes with cold water. To do this, place the grated potatoes in a colander or sieve, squeeze well, dry with a cloth or towel. This step is desirable but not required and can be skipped.
Step 3
Salt the prepared potatoes, season to taste, add chopped onions or garlic, or both. Then add the starch, mix thoroughly so that all the potato chips are evenly mixed with the starch.
Step 4
Pour oil into the pan, heat it up a little. We spread the prepared potato mass, level with a spoon, cover and cook over the lowest heat. The top of the pancake should dry out.
Step 5
Now it needs to be turned over. To do this, take a flat plate or dish, place it in the pan, remove and turn it over, put it back into the pan, then cover the pan with a lid. Five more minutes and the dish will be ready. Serve with soy sauce or sweet apple mousse.
