Fish cabbage rolls

To prepare this dish, you will need: cod fillet - 600 g, cabbage - 1 head of cabbage, bacon - 80 g, water - 250 ml, onions - 2 pieces, dry white wine - 125 ml, marjoram - 4 teaspoons, tomato sauce, paprika, lemon juice, salt to taste.

Disassemble the cabbage into individual leaves and rinse them thoroughly. Then put 12 leaves in a glass saucepan, salt and add 100 ml of clean water. Close the container with a lid, place in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes at 70% power. As soon as the allotted time is over, remove the cabbage leaves and dry them.

Sprinkle the cod fillet with marjoram, salt and paprika. Place three cabbage leaves on top of each other. At the same time, divide the fish into small portions, spread on the leaves, roll the cabbage rolls and tie them with threads.

Cut the bacon into squares, stir with chopped onions, place in a glass saucepan and microwave at full power for at least 2 minutes. Lay cabbage rolls with fish on top of hot bacon, pour wine and water. Place the lid on the saucepan and simmer for another 12 minutes at full power. Remove the threads from the prepared cabbage rolls and serve with tomato sauce.

If you wish, you can diversify this dish by decorating it with olives, capers or finely chopped pickled cucumbers.

Carp baked in milk

Required ingredients: fresh carp - 500 gr, milk - 1 glass, breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Remove all bones and entrails from the fish, rinse it under cold water and wipe it thoroughly so that no excess moisture remains. Then cut the carp along the backbone and slice it across into pieces. Immerse the fish pieces in salted milk for 2-3 minutes, then roll in breadcrumbs and place in a glass dish.

Microwave at full power for at least 5 minutes. Then turn the fish pieces over to the other side and bake for another 5-6 minutes at 50% power. Once the dish is ready, let it brew for 5 minutes and serve.

Boiled potatoes or rice (served separately), as well as shredded green onions are a great addition to baked carp.

Fish cakes with vegetable garnish

Required products: fish fillets (cod, pollock or hake) - 500 g, onions - 4 heads, white bread (pulp) - 100 g, milk - 4 tbsp. spoons, tomato paste - 1 tbsp. spoon, sour cream - 1 glass, carrots - 3 pieces, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, herbs, pepper and salt to taste.

Scroll the fish fillet, bread pulp (pre-soaked in milk) and two onions through a meat grinder twice. Pepper the resulting mass, salt and mix the minced meat. Then form into small patties.

Chop the onions and carrots, put in a glass dish, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of boiled water and butter. Place in the microwave and cook at full power for 7-8 minutes. Then mix everything thoroughly, place the fish cakes on top and cover them with a mixture of tomato paste and sour cream. Microwave again for 12-13 minutes (60% power).

Serve canned peas, fresh cucumbers with tomatoes or boiled potatoes as a side dish for this dish.

Fish casserole with rice
