Excellent sweet pastries. These buns can be served for a festive tea party. Perfect for a children's afternoon snack. Combine with milk, cocoa, tea and compote.

- Dough:
- - 4 eggs,
- - 800 g of milk,
- - 7 g fresh yeast,
- - 200 g of water,
- - 40 g of vegetable oil,
- - 150 g margarine,
- - 150 g sugar
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt
- - 3 g vanillin.
- Filling:
- - 250 g dried apricots,
- - 100 g of apricot jam.
- For lubrication:
- - 2 eggs,
- - 2 g of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Dilute a small amount of milk with water, add a little sugar and dissolve the yeast. Add a little flour, stir, the resulting mass should be similar in consistency to sour cream. Leave the dough warm to rise.
Step 2
Pass dried apricots through a meat grinder (2-3 times) for the filling, mix with jam.
Step 3
Mix eggs with a little sugar, beat until frothy (to grease buns).
Step 4
Melt 150 grams of margarine.
Step 5
Pour the dough into a large container, add 1 tablespoon of salt, one and a half tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar to taste, mix. Add flour in small portions, knead the dough. Place the dough in a warm place so that it comes up several times.
Step 6
Cut out circles from the finished dough using a glass. Put the filling in the center of each circle, mold the pies. You can make small pie pies - to taste.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with butter, on which put the pies. Bake for about half an hour, until golden brown. Let the finished pies cool slightly and serve with tea.
