Make a fancy cookie. Peppermint adds a special flavor to it, so be prepared for this dish to become a permanent dish on your table!
It is necessary
- - 30 g cocoa;
- - 400 g flour;
- - 2 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 1 egg;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 150 g of dark chocolate (you can take milk);
- - 1 tsp mint extract;
- - 180 g of white chocolate;
- - 20 ml of cream (it is better to use 35% fat).
Instructions
Step 1
Soften butter, add sugar, egg and beat well until mixture is fluffy. Add mint and cocoa, stir. Gradually add flour here, stirring all the time.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and transfer to plastic wrap, wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Take out the dough after an hour. Roll out the dough, sprinkle flour on the workplace beforehand. Take a cookie cutter and cut the cookies out of the dough.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with butter, dust with flour and line out the cookie cutters. Bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees. Take out the biscuits and let them cool.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add chocolate (only white) to the cream, stir until the chocolate melts. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath.
Step 5
Let cool and brush half of the cookies. Send them to the refrigerator until the frosting hardens. Beat the filling with a mixer and brush over the remaining cookies. Remove the icing cookies from the refrigerator and cover the filled cookies with them. Send everything to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The cookie is ready.
