Round shapeless biscuits of various sizes really melt in your mouth! This recipe produces very aromatic cookies, mint flavor and melting dough - a great combination for baking.
It is necessary
- - 210 g margarine;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 100 g of potato starch;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - a bunch of fresh mint.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse a bunch of fresh mint, place on a paper towel to allow excess moisture in the glass. After that, grind together with granulated sugar.
Step 2
Add softened margarine or butter to the mint mass. Grind until smooth. Then beat at low speed with a mixer.
Step 3
Add potato starch, sift flour into the mixture. Beat everything again with a mixer. The cookie dough is ready. Fill a piping bag with it.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Squeeze the dough through a pastry bag onto it. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the baking sheet from the freezer, transfer to the oven, preheated to 220 degrees. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown around the edges. It all depends on the thickness of your cookie. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven, place it on a wooden board with a spatula, and cool.
Step 6
The biscuits are very soft at first, and become brittle as they cool. Melting mint cookies in your mouth really melt in seconds! Serve with hot tea, coffee or milk.
