The United States is renowned for food that is convenient to eat on the go. Hamburger is the most famous fast hot dish and is best prepared in the USA. However, the store may contain a lot of hidden fats, salt and sugar. A homemade burger is much healthier and easier to prepare. You can take a variety of meats (besides beef, try chicken, turkey, pork, or lamb) and then add your favorite toppings.

- - 4 fresh or frozen flat cutlets;
- - 8 slices of bacon;
- - 4 cut buns;
- - 8 tbsp. l. light mayonnaise (ketchup is also possible);
- - 2 large tomatoes, cut into rings;
- - A few lettuce leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat a grill pan and cook the patties according to package directions until cooked. Sear the bacon vigorously.
Step 2
Toast the buns and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each.
Step 3
Put the lettuce in half of the bun, then the tomato, cutlet, 2 slices of bacon, again the tomato and cover with the other half of the bun.
Step 4
It is advisable to serve immediately.
