Jellied meat is a very popular dish served with various sauces or without them for a festive feast, and on weekdays. Traditionally, various types of meat are used for its preparation, but there are also original recipes for cooking jellied meat, for example, potato.

- - 10 potato tubers;
- - 6 large cloves of garlic;
- - 2 large onions;
- - 1 bunch of parsley;
- - 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
- - salt, black pepper - to taste.

Step 1
The potatoes are thoroughly peeled, washed and boiled in salted water. After the potatoes are cooked, rub it through a coarse sieve.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it under running water, then chop and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Mix fried onions with grated potatoes, add spices and mix. A decoction of potatoes is slowly added to the resulting mixture and the mixture is brought to the consistency of sour cream.

They wash the greens and chop them coarsely with a knife. Garlic is peeled, washed in water and crushed. Mix it with salt, tomato paste and add boiled water.
Step 5
Distribute the resulting potato mass on pre-prepared plates, level the surface with a spoon and put in the refrigerator for three hours.
Step 6
Before serving, the potato jellied meat is cut into portions and poured over with garlic dressing. Put chopped greens on top.
