A very interesting combination will turn out if you combine the sweet taste of white chocolate with the sour taste of fresh cranberries. And if you also form beautiful chocolate baskets from chocolate, and make jelly from cranberries, you will get an incredibly festive dessert!
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 300 g of cranberries;
- - 100 ml of water;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 70 g of white chocolate;
- - 10 g of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Set aside a third of the chocolate, melt the rest in a water bath. Add the set aside to fully melted chocolate, stir until smooth.
Step 2
Brush the chocolate on the silicone muffin tins and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Then put another layer of chocolate on the molds, put it in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
Step 3
Place the cranberries in a saucepan. Instead of fresh, you can take frozen. Cover with sugar, add water. Place on the stove, simmer until the cranberries are softer.
Step 4
Grind the cranberries through a sieve, add the gelatin, mix until it is completely dissolved, then heat slightly. Cool to room temperature.
Step 5
Take out the molds, take out the chocolate baskets, fill with the cranberry mass, put back in the refrigerator.
