A delicious and fairly simple recipe that does not require special costs and special products. You can always treat guests to sausages in dough, and also take them with you on the road or to work as a snack.
It is necessary
- - 150 g flour;
- - 170 ml of milk (3.5% fat);
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- - 60 ml of clean warm water;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 500 g of any sausages (preferably pork);
- - 2 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour salt and flour into a deep bowl, making a small indentation in the center of the bowl. Pour 2 pre-beaten chicken eggs into it, mix them with flour and salt with a wooden spatula, gradually adding water and milk there.
Step 2
Beat the resulting mass with a whisk until the consistency of heavy cream. Then cover with a towel or lid and leave for 25-30 minutes. Heat the oven to 200oC. Pour olive oil or vegetable oil on a heated baking sheet and leave in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Put the sausages in the heated oil and put them back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. The sausages should be slightly browned and browned. Beat the dough again with a whisk and pour over the hot dogs.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, cook until an attractive crust appears on top.
