Lovers of sausages will love the meat version of the salad, which requires the following products:

- 200 g of cooked smoked sausage;

- 1 pickled cucumber;

- 1 boiled chicken egg;

- 1 fresh cucumber;

- 5-9 boiled quail eggs for decoration;

- 7 raw potatoes;

- 3 cucumbers;

- 2 onion heads;

- a little vegetable oil, herbs, salt;

- 3 boiled quail eggs.

Boil the chicken fillet in water for 35 minutes, then cool and cut into small squares.

Cut the potatoes, as in the previous recipe, into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil.
