Big, fluffy, rich - peanut muffins - what more could you ask for in the morning for a cup of cappuccino?
It is necessary
- - half a glass of peanut butter;
- - 1 small egg;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 105 g flour;
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 50 g of chocolate "drops".
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Using a mixer, beat the peanut butter, egg and sugar into a homogeneous fluffy mass. Add milk and a pinch of salt, stir again until smooth.
Step 3
Sift flour with baking powder and add to liquid ingredients. Stir for a few seconds, no longer: otherwise the muffins will be rubbery in consistency.
Step 4
Add chocolate "drops" and mix by hand a couple more times. Place in molds, filling 3/4 full, and place in the middle of a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
