Step 1
Prepare a cup of strong natural coffee in advance and leave to cool. Prepare the baking dish as well. Brush it with butter and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Mash the softened butter and sugar into a convenient form for beating the dough. Then add eggs one at a time and beat with a mixer. The muffin dough must be kneaded quickly.
Step 3
Add salt, baking powder and pour coffee into the dough. Continue whisking everything. Now add the flour sifted through a sieve in a glass. The dough should be like a thick cream.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about an hour. Check the doneness with a dry toothpick. Pierce the cake and if the toothpick is dry, the cake is ready. If the cupcake burns on top, cover it with a wet sheet of clean paper. This will prevent your cupcake from burning.
Step 5
Prepare the frosting while the cake is baking. To do this, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, milk with sugar and cocoa. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add oil.
