    • minced meat - 400 g
    • pasta - 250 g
    • sweet peppers and eggplant - 2 pcs.
    • vegetable oil and lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 1 egg
    • 3 tbsp flour
    • hard cheese - 50 g
    • yogurt - 150 ml
    • milk - 1 glass
    • pepper
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Pasta casserole with minced meat is prepared like this:

Boil the pasta until tender.

Fry the minced pork in a skillet.

Add diced eggplant, onion, pepper. And put it out for 10 - 15 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic or pass through a press. Add to minced meat with vegetables. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

While the minced meat is stewing with vegetables, make the sauce. To do this, pour the milk into a deep bowl. Bring to a boil. While stirring the milk, add the previously fried flour gradually. Let it simmer, then add the beaten egg and yogurt. Then melt 2/3 of the cheese in this sauce. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Layer pasta with minced meat and vegetables on the bottom. Pour the sauce over the casserole. Put it in an oven preheated to 200 ° - 220 ° C. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the casserole 10 minutes before cooking ends. You can decorate the finished dish with chopped herbs.
