Add finely diced onions, salt, black pepper and garlic to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the minced meat for 7-8 minutes. Especially good is the potato casserole with minced meat, consisting of equal parts of pork and beef. But you can also use pure pork or ground beef.
