These cute little cheesecakes are a bit like pizza. The filling of these cheesecakes can be varied, according to your taste and mood. Can be sweet for tea or as a main course.

- - 6 glasses of wheat flour
- - 1 cup of sugar
- - 2 glasses of sour cream
- - 4 things. eggs
- - 250 g butter
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder
- - a pinch of salt
- For filling:
- - 0.5 kg of cottage cheese
- - 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
- - 2 pcs. eggs
- - 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
- - 50 g wheat flour
- - 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- - a pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Put sour cream, butter, granulated sugar, eggs and salt in this mass. Stir well to make a smooth dough.
Step 2
Then form a loaf from the resulting dough and wrap it in cling film. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour for the dough to come up.
Step 3
Make the filling by mixing all of the above ingredients. After the dough has cooled, roll it into a layer and cut small circles out of it.
Step 4
Spread the prepared filling evenly on each circle. Fold the edges of each circle inward. Then place the cheesecakes on a greased baking sheet. To keep them shiny when cooked, spread a beaten egg over them. Place in the oven for 15 minutes and bake at 250 degrees.
