An excellent versatile dish to suit any table. Schnitzel in Milanese, unfortunately, does not belong to low-calorie dishes, but it will certainly delight all guests. Vegetable side dishes are ideal for meat dishes. In this case, we use potatoes prepared in a special way. Decorate the dish with herbs and serve.
It is necessary
- - Pork (fatty part, loin) - 600 g;
- - Russian cheese - 300 g;
- - Eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - For garnish:
- - Potatoes - 5-6 pcs. (preferably young);
- - Greens, leeks;
- - Vegetable oil;
- - Salt, ground black pepper, cumin, meat spices.
Instructions
Step 1
For this dish, portioned pieces of schnitzel are ideal, from which we cut off excess fat. From it we will prepare a frying for potatoes.
Step 2
We spread the schnitzels on cling film, wrap the meat with it and lightly beat it with a hammer. Put the broken pieces of meat on a plate, sprinkle with salt, spices, cumin. We give the meat to marinate.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well.
Step 4
Put a piece of the cue ball on the palm, place 2 tablespoons of a lezon on top of it. Turn the cue ball over with the lion side down and fry for 3-5 minutes over fairly high heat.
Step 5
While the schnitzel is fried, place the breading on top so that when we turn it over, it will already have a layer of lezon on it.
Step 6
Using a wooden spatula, turn the schnitzel over to the other side.
Step 7
Bring the schnitzels fried in this way until cooked in a well-preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Step 8
In the meantime, we are preparing a side dish. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water.
Step 9
Fry lard in a pan until it turns into cracklings.
Step 10
Put schnitzel and potatoes sprinkled with cracklings on a portioned dish. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and herbs.
