It's summer outside, which means it's much easier to get fresh greens than in winter. Want some fresh cabbage soup? Nothing is easier, look at the recipe and cook for your own pleasure.
It is necessary
- - 2 liters of chicken broth,
- - 100 grams of spinach,
- - 1 onion.
- - 1 carrot,
- - 2 potatoes,
- - 2 eggs,
- - salt to taste.
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots to taste (into rings, cubes or strips). If desired, carrots can be cut with a curly knife.
Step 2
Pour chicken broth into a saucepan, put carrots in it and cook until carrots are cooked.
Step 3
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Rinse the spinach well, dry it a little and chop it not very coarsely.
Step 4
Wash the potatoes, peel (if you wish, you can take not two, but three potatoes - to taste), cut into cubes.
Step 5
Put the potato cubes in the broth with the finished carrots, cook until tender. Then add the onion cubes, spinach and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Break the eggs into a cup and shake with a fork.
Step 7
After the cabbage soup has boiled for five minutes, add eggs into them in a thin stream, boil for another five minutes. Remove the cooked cabbage soup from heat and leave for about 15 minutes. Serve the cabbage soup in portioned bowls with sour cream.
