  • - 200 g smoked pink salmon
  • - 5 medium potatoes
  • - 1 medium carrot
  • - 1 head of onion
  • - vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

If you are using dried peas, then pre-fill it with water for 30-40 minutes. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the pink salmon into small pieces.

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and add peas. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Boil peas until tender. Once soft, add the pink salmon, the fry, and the sliced or diced potatoes to the contents of the pot.
