Baby food should be not only healthy, but also varied. You can make meatballs - tender and appetizing, prepared according to a special recipe for children, they are perfectly absorbed by the body.
To prepare meatballs, prepare the following products: 100 grams of meat, ¼ part of onions, 15 grams of wheat bread, ¼ eggs, a tablespoon of milk, 2 tablespoons of sour cream sauce. For the sauce, you will need 50 grams of sour cream, a teaspoon of flour, the same amount of butter, vegetable or meat broth - half a glass.
Minced meat for meatballs is prepared in the same way as for cutlets. Turn the meat in a meat grinder, add diced wheat bread, milk, raw egg, salt a little. Grate raw onions and add to the minced meat. Stir everything well and rotate in a meat grinder again.
From the resulting meat mass, use your hands to form meatballs - balls the size of a small nut. Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil, put the meatballs in the heated butter. Fill half the height with broth or water. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes with a low boil.
Do this for the meatball sauce. Lightly fry the flour in butter and dilute with hot broth. To avoid lumps, pass everything through a sieve. Add sour cream and simmer for five minutes over low heat. Try the sauce; add a little salt if necessary.
Pour the cooked meatballs with sour cream sauce and boil a little more in it. Any side dish is suitable for meatballs - choose what the child will like.
