It is necessary

  • - baking dish.

  • - chicken egg 3 pcs.;
  • - sugar 0.5 cups;
  • - milk 0.5 cups;
  • - flour 1 glass;
  • - baking powder;
  • - apricot liqueur 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - butter for greasing the mold.
  • For filling:
  • - canned apricots 750 g.
  • For glaze:
  • - thick apricot jam 1 glass;
  • - apricot juice 50 ml.

Instructions

Step 1

Take eggs. Separate the whites and yolks from two eggs. Whisk 2 yolks and 1 egg with sugar. Beat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add milk, flour sifted with baking powder and liquor to the beaten eggs. Mix the dough thoroughly. Whisk the remaining egg whites separately and gently add them to the dough.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour half of the cooked dough into a mold. Place the canned apricot halves on top, with the convex side facing up. Fill in the remaining dough and smooth the surface with a spoon. Bake the pie at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Chill the finished cake in a mold, then carefully remove it.

Step 3

Put the jam in a small saucepan, pour in the apricot juice or water. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool slightly and glaze over the top of the cake. Then cut the pie into portions. Each piece can be garnished with a mint sprig.
