Step 1

For barbecue, we use medium-sized onions. You can take small ones, but the amount will need to be increased. Cut the peeled onions into rings of medium thickness.

Step 2

We wash the meat well and dry it with paper towels or napkins. Cut the meat into portions. It is not necessary to chop too coarsely. Season the meat with salt and spices from the list of ingredients, mix. You can add any other spices if desired.

Step 3

We transfer the meat to a large bowl or saucepan in layers (a layer of meat, a layer of onions). Fill with tomato juice (it is better if the juice is homemade from tomato paste or fresh tomatoes, but you can also buy it). Leave the kebab to marinate for four hours.

Step 4

We turn on the grill mode in the oven. We take out the pickled meat and put it on a skewer, do not forget to alternate with onions. We cook for about an hour.
