The sour taste of these chicken kebabs will delight a large number of people. True, the meat should not be fibrous, tender and soft. Turmeric is added to the marinade to simulate ruddy. You can set aside a different amount of time for pickling. However, the best taste will be if you keep the meat in the marinade for at least 2 hours.

- For kebabs:
- - chicken fillet - 800 g;
- For the marinade:
- - turmeric or curry - 1/5 tsp;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - vegetable oil - 60 g;
- - honey - 25 g;
- - lemon juice - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. This completes the preparation of the meat itself and it's time to move on to the marinade.
Step 2
Dissolve honey in lemon juice. You can use regular sugar instead of honey. The mixture should taste pleasant, sweetish-sour. If any of the flavors prevails, add a slightly different product.
Step 3
Add pepper, salt and turmeric. Pour in vegetable oil and stir everything well. Place the prepared chicken pieces in the marinade and stir again. Then put in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours. If time is short, then at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
String the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers and place them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 250 oC. Place a wide container filled with boiling water on the bottom of the oven. Bake chicken skewers in lemon juice for 20 minutes.
Step 5
After 15 minutes, turn the kebabs over to the other side. They can be served immediately after preparation. If you need to wait a while, transfer the meat to a dish, cover with foil and wrap in a towel.
