"Budapest Salad" is a tasty and easy-to-prepare dish. It is perfect for an everyday meal in hot summer weather, and if you cut all the vegetables correctly and beautifully, then this salad can be an excellent decoration for a festive table.
It is necessary
- - 2 pcs. sweet green pepper;
- - 2 pcs. sweet red pepper;
- - 2 small heads of onions;
- - 125 g salami;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 6 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 0.5 tsp vinegar;
- - salt to taste;
- - a pinch of ground red pepper;
- - a bunch of green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash sweet pepper pods, cut in half, core and cut into neat strips.
Step 2
Peel the onions, cut into thin half rings and scald with boiling water.
Step 3
Cut the salami into small neat slices.
Step 4
Combine all prepared ingredients for the dish in a deep salad bowl.
Step 5
Peel the garlic and squeeze the juice out of it into a bowl with salad.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce for "Budapest salad" from sour cream, vinegar, salt and ground pepper.
Step 7
Add the prepared dressing to the salad and mix everything gently.
Step 8
Before serving, garnish the salad with chopped green onion rings.
