For several centuries, potatoes have occupied the first place on the table in Russian cuisine. With potatoes, you can cook not only pies, but also fragrant buns.
It is necessary

- - cling film;
- - wheat flour 800 g;
- - diced butter 50 g;
- - salt 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - potatoes 300 g;
- - warm milk 375 ml;
- - dry yeast 2 teaspoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the pieces of butter and mash gently until crumbs form. Make a depression in the center.
Step 2
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Make mashed potatoes from the finished potatoes, you can mash them with a fork or pusher. Add salt and stir.
Step 3
Pour the milk into a bowl, add the yeast and stir thoroughly to completely dissolve the yeast. Pour the milk and yeast into a bowl of flour and potatoes. Stir and knead the dough. Cover it with cling film and leave to rise for 1.5 hours. The dough should double in volume.
Step 4
Sprinkle the work surface with flour and transfer the risen dough onto it. Divide into 18 parts. Grease a baking sheet and place the dough pieces on top of it. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Then bake the buns for 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees. Serve the buns garnished with green onions.
