The Prague cake is one of the classic cakes in Soviet cuisine. This chocolate cake will leave no one indifferent. We present a recipe for making "Prague" at home, which any housewife can handle.

- - 1 glass of sour cream;
- - 1, 5 glasses of premium wheat flour;
- - 0, 5 cans of condensed milk;
- - 2 tablespoons of cocoa;

- For the cream:
- - 0, 5 cans of condensed milk;
- - 150 grams of butter;
- - 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
- For glaze:
- - 50 grams of butter;
- - 4 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 tablespoons of milk;
- - 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
- For impregnation:
- - cognac (about 50 grams).
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. To do this, grind eggs with sugar, add sour cream, condensed milk. Beat everything well with a mixer.
Step 2
Add flour and cocoa, 1 teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar or boiling water, mix gently.
Step 3
Bake 4 cakes in a special shape. It is better to shoot the bottom of the dish with baking paper. It is necessary to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, readiness to determine with a toothpick.

Cool the cakes, soak evenly with cognac, let sit for a while.

Prepare the cream. To do this, put softened butter in a deep container, add condensed milk and cocoa, beat with a mixer at high speed, the mass should turn out to be airy and thick enough.

Start collecting the cake. To do this, prepare a cake dish or a tray, stack the cakes on top of each other, smearing each one prepared with cream evenly.

Boil the glaze. To do this, heat butter, sugar, milk on the stove in a small container (an iron mug is good) and add cocoa in the proportions indicated in the recipe.

Cook the glaze for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. When the glaze thickens and becomes similar in color to chocolate, remove it from the stove and cool, but not until it cools completely.

Pour the icing over the cake evenly. Let it freeze in the refrigerator, preferably for a few hours, so that the cake is well saturated.
