Pancake pudding is a great dessert for a family tea party. The pudding turns out to be tender, tasty and appetizing.
It is necessary
- For pancakes
- - milk 350 g;
- - egg 2 pcs;
- - flour 4-5 tbsp;
- - sugar 4 tbsp;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt.
- For cream
- - cream 30% 150 ml;
- - bread crumbs 150 g;
- - raisins 100 g;
- - yolk 2 pcs;
- - lemon juice 1 tsp;
- - icing sugar 50 g;
- - almond petals 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat milk with eggs, gradually add sugar, flour and salt. Knead the batter, pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Heat a frying pan and bake thin pancakes.
Step 2
Pour raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes, then squeeze. Beat the cream until fluffy. Then add the yolks, beat until smooth. Mix sugar and lemon juice with bread crumbs and add to cream. Gently stir the mass, pour into the raisins.
Step 3
Grease a detachable form with vegetable oil and lay out pancakes and cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle the finished dessert with icing sugar and garnish with almond petals.
