  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mineral water (carbonated);
  • -1/6 teaspoon baking powder;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • -1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the eggs and sugar with a blender to form a thick foam.

Step 2

Then pour the sifted flour into a bowl, add a little salt, sugar and baking powder, mix well.

Step 3

Gently and gradually pour the cream, soda water and oil (vegetable or olive) into the flour and stir.

Step 4

Then add the eggs, beaten with sugar, stir gently to keep the dough fluffy and porous.

After preparing the dough, heat the cast-iron pan well and lightly grease the already heated pan with sunflower oil, and then gently pour about one ladle of dough and spread the oil over the entire surface with circular motions of the pan.

Cook for about 15-20 seconds, then turn with a spatula and cook for another 15-20 seconds, until golden brown. Repeat the frying process until the dough is finished.
