Not a single festive table is complete without cold snacks. Of course, you can cook several different salads, but they won't surprise anyone. What about ham envelopes filled with vegetable filling? This appetizer looks festive, in addition, you can fill the envelopes with any ingredients.
It is necessary
- - 500 g ham;
- - 100 ml of mayonnaise;
- - 50 g of green peas;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 cucumber;
- - 1 potato;
- - 1 carrot;
- - salt, herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Take fresh cucumbers. Boil potatoes and carrots in a peel, cool, peel. Hard-boiled eggs, peel too.
Step 2
Cut potatoes, carrots, cucumbers and eggs into small cubes. Take 100 g of ham and chop it too, mix the components of the salad. Add canned green peas, salt the salad to taste, season with a little mayonnaise.
Step 3
Cut the remaining 400 g of ham into thin slices, fold each slice into an envelope. At this stage, you can place a leaf of green lettuce on each slice of ham and then fold it into an envelope.
Step 4
Fill the ham with vegetable salad, secure with a toothpick or beautiful canapé skewers. Place the envelopes on a platter.
Step 5
Decorate the finished cold appetizer with fresh herbs, you do not need to chop it - whole parsley leaves will look very beautiful.
