It is necessary
- - packing of puff pastry in plates of 400 grams
- - a can of any chocolate paste
- - 2 bananas
- - 1 egg
- - icing sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the puff pastry in the package. Pour some flour onto the work surface and roll out the plates. It is necessary that they become about 2-4 mm thick and their area increases. Next, we cut the rolled plates into even squares about 10 by 10 centimeters in size.
Step 2
Peel the banana and cut it into even rings 5 mm thick. In the middle of each puff pastry square, put a full teaspoon of your favorite chocolate paste and 2-3 slices of banana.
Step 3
We connect two opposite ends of the square with a filling and blind two sides with fingers or fork teeth. In this way, we get a triangular envelope with a filling. We put them on parchment.
Step 4
Before sending the envelopes to the oven, grease them with egg yolk. For the next 20 minutes, the envelopes are baked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
