Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water without peeling. Mix curd cheese thoroughly with milk and add one teaspoon of vinegar, black pepper, chopped green onions.
Step 2
Chill the potatoes, remove the skin and cut into thin slices. Cut the radish into plates. In one container, combine potatoes, radishes, chopped lettuce and tomatoes, cut into wedges.
Step 3
Prepare the minced meatballs. Combine minced meat with bread crumbs, black pepper, a small amount of chopped green onions and salt to taste. Roll into small balls from the resulting mixture and fry them in vegetable oil until tender.
Step 4
Place the vegetable mixture and meat balls on a plate. Season the dish with curd sauce. The salad can be served hot or chilled. Olives, cut in half, can be used as decoration.
