Pancakes are a versatile breakfast dish, so every housewife should have as many recipes for them as possible.
It is necessary

- - 2 eggs;
- - 125 ml of milk;
- - 125 ml of water
- - 50 gr. Sahara;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - vegetable oil (for frying);
- - Strawberry jam.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, water, sugar and salt.
Step 2
Preheat the frying pan (this recipe uses a frying pan with a diameter of 18 cm). Lubricate it with oil.
Step 3
Pour about 60 ml of pancake dough into the pan. We bake for 30-40 seconds.
Step 4
Turn the pancake over and fry for another 30-40 seconds.
Step 5
We spread beautiful and thin pancakes on a plate. Lubricate with strawberry jam and roll up.
Step 6
Serve the pancakes with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
