- - 600 g veal
- - 1 tbsp. broth
- - 150 g smoked chicken breast
- - 5 potatoes
- - several champignons or other mushrooms
- - mustard
- - ground black pepper
- - cheese
- - salt
- - aromatic roots
- - pork fat
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the veal into small cutlets and beat with a meat hammer. Rub each piece with salt, black pepper and roll in flour. Melt a few tablespoons of pork fat in a skillet and fry the patties in it until golden brown.
Step 2
Put the meat blanks from the pan on a separate dish, and fry the thinly sliced potatoes in the remaining fat. Chop the chicken breast and add to the potatoes. Additionally, you can supplement the dish with finely chopped onions. Pour the broth and some red wine into the pan. Bring the mixture until tender.
Step 3
Put the veal cutlets in a baking dish, having previously greased them with mustard. Top with a mixture of potatoes and smoked chicken breast. Add spices and aromatic roots to taste. Sprinkle finely grated cheese and chopped mushrooms over the dish. Bake the cutlets in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
