A hearty salad with smoked meats will delight any man. It will perfectly brighten up a beer party, a picnic or an ordinary quiet evening with your family.

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 1 pc;
  • Bacon / paprika flavored chips - 25 g;
  • Carrots - 1 pc;
  • Smoked hunting sausages - 4 pcs;
  • Mayonnaise - for dressing;
  • Canned corn - 70 g;
  • Potatoes - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. For the portioned version of the salad, we need such a useful unit as a serving ring - the components will be added to the dish in layers. At the very bottom, immediately put a little mayonnaise sauce: it will not allow the salad to crumble when the ring is removed.
  2. Boil the potatoes in the skins. Let it cool, then peel and chop into tiny cubes. We distribute them in a mold on top of the mayonnaise, add a little salt on top and again cover with the sauce.
  3. The next layer is chopped smoked sausages (it is best to cut them diagonally). Since it is quite problematic to remove the casing, it is recommended to lightly fry meat products.
  4. Cook and clean the carrots (as a substitute, it is permissible to use Korean, squeezed from the marinade and finely chopped). Cut into small cubes and place them on top of the sausage slices (by tradition, we put mayonnaise between the layers).
  5. Apply the sauce again, but now in a larger volume. Sprinkle the boiled egg with grated protein, we don't need the yolk.
  6. After another layer of mayonnaise (we still do not regret the sauce!), Spread the sweet corn. Tamp it well with a spoon.
  7. Finally, you can carefully remove the ring. We decorate the top of the salad with slices of sausages, and lay crispy chips around the plate - they ideally complement the taste of the dish.
