It is necessary

  • For 6 servings:
  • - 4 tablespoons heavy cream;
  • - 4 tablespoons dijon mustard;
  • - 1/3 tbsp compact paprika;
  • - 140 ml of olive oil;
  • - 5 tbsp. horseradish;
  • - 6 rosemary sprigs-skewers;
  • - 2 tsp chopped thyme;
  • - 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • - 2 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • - 2 large steaks;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - 4 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Make a marinade for meat: Combine mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and finely chopped thyme in a large bowl. Rub the garlic there, mix well with a whisk.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. Whisk horseradish with sour cream and cream in a mixer. Remove the zest from the lemon using a fine grater and mix with the rest of the sauce. Don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste!

Step 3

Cut the steaks into thin slices (for this you can even pre-soak them in the freezer for half an hour). Dip each of the slices into the marinade and place in a bowl. Then, when you repeat this process for all the pieces, close the bowl and refrigerate to marinate for an hour.

Step 4

After an hour, the slices should be strung on sprigs-skewers. Lightly cover the spicy herbs with foil and place on the grill of the street grill (you can similarly bake in the oven). Fry the meat until tender and serve with the sauce!
