- -1/4 cup premium flour

- -1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter

- -1 medium yellow onion, diced
- -4 medium carrots, diced
- -2 garlic, chop
- -1/2 cup flour
- -1 cup frozen peas

Crust preparation: In a food processor, combine flour, sugar and salt. Add butter and mix until dissolved. Add 3 tablespoons of ice water. Beat until the dough is crumbly. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. To make the filling: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onions and carrots, cook until vegetables are soft, about 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Lay out the entire bowl, chop until puree and add flour. Mix thoroughly. Add peas, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle everything with parsley and stir with the chicken.
Step 3
On a floured work surface, roll out the dough about 2 centimeters thick. Transfer all the filling to the middle, spread evenly over the dough. Bake until golden brown for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before serving. Your pie is ready!
