Moroccan salad is made from orange, carrot and raisins. Carrot with orange is an unusual combination, but the taste of the salad is excellent. Such a healthy salad can be safely prepared for children for breakfast or as a snack for them at lunch.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 450 g of carrots;
- - 4 oranges;
- - 1/3 cup dark raisins;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of pine nuts;
- - ground cinnamon.
- For refueling:
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh lemon juice;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots, rub on a coarse grater. Place the grated carrots in a convenient deep bowl, in which you will mix all the salad ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the oranges, divide into wedges, peel from the film. If juice runs off while cutting the orange, try to collect it all in a bowl - you will need it for salad dressing. Put the orange pulp to the carrot, set aside for now.
Step 3
Now prepare a dressing for the Moroccan salad. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, and orange juice. Whisk the mixture a little - the dressing is ready.
Step 4
Add dark raisins, cinnamon to carrots and oranges, pour over the prepared dressing, mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Put the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes - it should cool down. Sprinkle pine nuts on the Moroccan salad before serving.
