Masa-Barmasa salad is made from scallops and vegetables, its zest is in a mixture of Japanese spices, which is used in the preparation of salad. It is better to take the scallops chilled; frozen ones will not taste the same. The Masa-Barmasa Salad is prepared in 15 minutes.
It is necessary
- - 4 cherry tomatoes;
- - 4 stalks of asparagus;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 3 scallops;
- - 10 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 10 ml of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of Kurikaki spices;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 5 g of green pea seedlings;
- - black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the zucchini. Cut the zucchini in half, peel the core, cut the remaining pulp into 1 cm slices.
Step 2
Peel the tough skin off the asparagus stalks with a potato knife. Cut the stems into 4 cm diagonal cuttings. Cut each cherry tomato into 6 rings.
Step 3
Boil a liter of water in a saucepan, add salt, dip the asparagus in it for 4 minutes, the zucchini for 2. Put the vegetables in ice water, let it stand for a minute to set the color. Pat dry on paper towels.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the scallops, a golden crust should form. Remove from the stove, cover with a lid, and leave for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Heat the zucchini and asparagus in olive oil, do not fry! Put vegetables on a plate, top with scallops and cherry rings. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle generously with Kurikaki Japanese spice. Garnish the prepared salad with pea sprouts.
