In this recipe, the pie dough is prepared with the addition of almonds, the filling is made from cream cheese, milk, lemon peel. Kiwi complements baked goods, it becomes bright, appetizing and very aromatic.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 100 g each of almonds, flour, butter;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 30 ml of rum;
- - 1 egg.
- For filling:
- - 170 g butter;
- - 4 kiwi;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of milk, sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon lemon zest;
- - a pinch of vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the almonds in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then peel them off, dry them in a hot dry frying pan, stirring occasionally. After that, grind the almonds to a crumb state, mix with flour and sugar. Add pieces of butter, chop with a knife. Add rum and egg, knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool.
Step 2
Roll out the dough evenly, place in a greased low baking dish, form into small rims. Cover the crust with baking paper, cover with beans on top - this is necessary so that the crust does not rise during cooking.
Step 3
Bake the tart base at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then remove the paper with the beans and bake until tender for another 8 minutes. Then cool the cake base completely.
Step 4
Peel the kiwi, cut into slices. Whisk the cream cheese with sugar, milk, lemon zest and vanilla thoroughly. Place the buttercream on the cooled base and arrange the kiwi slices beautifully on top. You can keep the almond kiwi pie in the refrigerator for half an hour or serve immediately.
