Kibbe is an Arabic dish, translated from Arabic as "ball". In Eastern countries, this dish is very often prepared. An unusual combination of minced meat and bulgur.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass bulgur
- - 800 g minced meat
- - 1 onion
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 3 tbsp. l. water
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - cumin
- - cinnamon
- - turmeric
- - 1 eggplant
- - 1 tomato
- - tomato paste
Instructions
Step 1
First, pour boiling water over the bulgur and leave for 35-40 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, finely chopped onion and mix well.
Step 3
Add bulgur, water, olive oil to the minced meat and mix well again.
Step 4
Cut the eggplants into cubes. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Toss the tomatoes and eggplants.
Step 5
Place half of the minced meat on a greased baking sheet, distribute evenly over the surface, place vegetables on top. Then put the other half of the minced meat on the vegetables, distribute evenly and make cuts.
Step 6
Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Remove and fill with tomato paste and put in the oven again for 10-15 minutes.
